PART – 1 INTRO PART

What is your full name?

My name is Khushkaran Singh.

Can I see you ID?

Here is my passport.

Where do you come from?

I come from India originally, but I have been staying here in Canada for the last six months.

Do you work or study?

I am a student at the moment. I am studying Executive Master of Business Administration. I used to work as an operation manager for Future Group Limited in India.

Are you a morning or an afternoon person? Why?

I am not a morning guy for sure; I wake up reasonably early as per my standard at around 7 in the morning. I dillydally (=waste time) – read the newspaper, chat with friends on whatsapp or Facebook, have my breakfast and listen to music. This whole bunch of activities takes around one hour or so. Then I take a long, steamy shower because I’ve a profound (=intense) love of cleanliness. Thus, I can term myself as an afternoon person.

Did you enjoy your high school? Why?

Yes, I suppose I did. Those were the best days of my life. We were young, restless and mischievous; I didn’t pay much attention on my studies. I spent my time more on playing than studying, participated in all kinds of games always. Frankly speaking, I didn’t like taking exams at the end of the year.

What was your favorite subjects? Why?

Mathematic (Math) was my favorite subject. I was always brilliant at Calculus. My father always discussed the magic of numbers and would do some arithmetic sum, and show me it’s magic. I like this subject because it was filled with fun; only you have to remember and practice important elements/equations, and your job is done! Unlike other subjects – in which I always struggled – Math was easy. I yet remember important learning of trigonometry, theorem, equation, factor, denomination, rational number and so forth.

Hmn, this is indeed an interesting question. Well, regarding some excellent service that I received, I must say that I was really impressed by a company called Traveloka, which provided me with a booking service for flight tickets and a hotel reservation.

Last summer, my mother and I made up our mind to go on a trip to Taiwan. Previously, we would just simply book a package tour from a travel agent and they would take care of all the expenses and itinerary for us. However, this time both me and my mom wanted to do everything on our own, from booking the plane tickets to choosing the hotel and planning the trip.

Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, I tried booking flight tickets online, from a website called Traveloka.com. This website is a product of the Traveloka company, which aims to provide a user-friendly platform for users to search and book flight tickets and hotel rooms.

At first I held a lot of doubt over this website since I had never bought plane tickets online before. However, after browsing through the site for a while, I was quite impressed by the sites’ smartly designed layout and easy-to-follow content, and furthermore, it only took a few minutes to find the plane tickets that I wanted. Another good point to mention about the service was how quickly and convenient the payment was. They offered a variety of payment methods, such as credit card, bank transfer or direct debit, which would suit many different customers’ needs.

Thanks to Traveloka, I managed to book the plane tickets at a reasonable price and at lightning speed. Both my mother and I were completely satisfied with the service that we received, and we gave the website a 5 star rating on the user review page. I would also recommend this site to other friends of mine.

PART – 3 FOLLOW UPS

Do you ever buy anything on the internet?

I reckon that most of clothing items I have ever bought are from ABC, an online fashion shop where you can find basically everything you need to become a stylish lady. From sexy little black dresses for partying to formal blouses for day life at office, ABC won’t let you down. Since e-commerce and online shopping has become a trend thanks to its convenience and optimal user experience, I no longer spend 30 minutes driving to any clothing shops and another 2 hours choosing and trying on everything. In fact, with only my laptop and a cup of coffee, I can easily shop from home with even more choices. Internet really works magic.

What do you think are the advantages of buying things on the internet?

Online shopping has been prevalent in a past few years for reasons. First and foremost, buying online is incredibly time-saving. Well, obviously, time is considered the most precious asset that everyone has but many have taken it for granted. Instead of spending hours driving to your favorite malls to get some new clothes of the latest collection, your problem can be solved with only Internet connections and, of course, your fine taste in fashion.

No energy is needed, either. Secondly, you always have best deals when subscribing to any online stores, which can save you tons of money that you even notice. Some shops even offer exclusive promotions for loyal customers, therefore, get ready for special treats. Lastly, you can easily switch from site to site to have even more choices without moving anything but your fingers. How awesome is that.
