What is the importance of advertisements?
Advertisements have become a necessary tool for promoting any product. In these days, audio visual means of advertisement have given a new importance to commerce and trade. They are used to give information to the customers and the viewers.
Should some advertisements be banned?
According to me, only those advertisements should be banned which create false impression of something and a dangerous fir the security of the country and communal harmony of the society.
Do you think celebrities should appear in advertisements? Why?
There should be no ban on the appearance of celebrities in advertisements but it should be kept in mind that they should not be used to promote dangerous products in the society.
Should there be regulatory body on advertisements?
Yes, indeed. This regulatory body will monitor all the advertisements. If a company is found guilty, that company can be made liable for heavy punishments.
Do the advertisements reflect the culture of a particular country?
No, I do not agree with such an opinion. The multinational companies promote their own culture. They hire celebrities and promote their product. Usually most advertised products are soaps, tooth pastes, electronic gadgets, cars, cosmetics and inner wears. In these advertisements how can they reflect the culture of their country?

Telecommuting means running the office from one’s home. These days internet has brought a revolution in our life. Internet has given birth to new concepts like telecommuting or home-office.
Telecommuting has its own merits and demerits. First, it has made administration convenient, now a person can run his/her business establishment while sitting at home. Now such a person can attend to other house-hold tasks. These days both the husband and wife are employees. Children feel bitterly neglected in the absence of the parents. But telecommuting can solve this serious problem
Secondly, these days traffic-related problems are on the increase. Much time and fossil fuel is wasted in transportation from one place to the other. Telecommuting saves both the time and fossil fuel.
But there are some demerits of this system also. These are a mixing together of work and leisure. Home and office should be separated from each other. Secondly, it leads to unnecessary meddling with the domestic-chores.

Do you think telecommuting is popular in your state?
At present telecommuting is not so popular. There are so many reasons. First, the people are inflexible in their traditional thinking. Secondly, this practice will have adverse effects in the productivity of the work place. Thirdly, mostly the residential areas in the old cities are congested and so telecommuting will cause a lot of traffic bottlenecks.
Which type of infrastructure is picking up very fast these days? Why?
These days the mobile-phone is picking up very fast. The people use mobile phone in their business activities. It is very cheap means of communication. Moreover the service providers provide corporate-facilities which are mostly toll-free.
Do you think home should be different from workplace? Why?
Yes, I believe that work place and home should be different places. In their absence of this separation, the problems and activities of the work-place will encroach upon the privacy of the domestic life. On the other hand domestic chores will adversely affect the productivity of the work place.
