The pie charts below show user’s favourite social media channels throughout 3 years period, from 2011 until 2013.
Summarize the information and make comparisons where relevant.
SAMPLE ANSWER:-
The pie charts illustrate the statistical data regarding preference of users regarding different genres of books namely; Romance, Action, Fiction, Historic and Horror. The years under consideration are from 2011 to 2013.
It is apparent from the pie charts that in 2011, Romance was the most popular genre that accounted for approximately 60%. It was followed by Action with 21% and Fiction with half of it, whereas the preference for the remaining two types was negligible. Next, the preference for Romance declined gradually to 22% in the last year.
The figures of Action and Horror readers became double in 2013 as compared to 2011. Moving ahead, readers’ inclination towards fiction reader at 15%, while towards Historic became double in 2012 and then escalated by 4%.
Thus, from the overall analysis, it is quite evident that the preference for Romance readers was maximum in 2011 which was replaced by fiction in the last year.
