The diagram below shows the number of cars purchased per year in two cities, Paris and London between 2001 and 2010.
Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.
SAMPLE ANSWER:-
The bar graph reveals the information about count of cars bought annually in two cities; Paris and London. The years under consideration are from 2001 to 2010.
It can be clearly seen from the graph that in 2001, the number of cars purchases by people of London was slightly more than that of Paris that was 5000 and around 4800 respectively. Next, the numbers of cars bought by natives of London fluctuated throughout the given time period. It touched its lowest point in the years 2007 and 2009 and reached at its highest point in 2010 that was 25000.
On the country, the figures of cars bought by masses of Paris rose till 2004 reaching at a little more than 100000. Further, it remained constant till 2008 but after that skyrocketed to 270000 in 2009 and then reached at the peak point that was 350000 in the last year.
Overall, it is clear that there were only 3 years where numbers of cars bought by people of London was more than that of Paris.
