The pie chart shows the amount of money that an orphanage located in Canada spent and received in one year.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
SAMPLE ANSWER:-
The pie charts depict the information about proportion of money that was expended and received by an orphanage in a year in Canada.
It can be seen from the pie chart of revenue sources that out of $63,661,689, highest proportion was of donated food that accounted for 85.4%. it was followed by community contributions with 10.2%. Next 1.5% of it was received by program revenue while other income contributed to 1.3%. Lastly, negligible was received by investment and government grants.
Moving towards expenditure that totaled to $63,224,895, significant money was spent on program services that was 97%. In order to raise funds, the charity spent 2% of money while of management and general aspects; merely 1% of the total money was expended.
Thus, from the overall analysis, it is clear that expenditure was a little less than revenue and out of 6 revenue sources; food was the highest donated charity.
