The chart below shows the number of men and women (in thousands) in further education in Canada in three periods.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
SAMPLE ANSWER:-
The bar graph manifests the information about the count of males and females in further education; Secondary and Tertiary education in Canada. The years under consideration are from 1960/61 to 1980/81.
It can be clearly seen from the graph that in 1960, the number of men in secondary education was 11 times than that in secondary. Next, their figures in secondary education fluctuated till 1980/81 where it reached at almost 1000, while in tertiary education the figures rose steadily and were close to 400 in the last year.
Further, in 1960/61, the number of females in tertiary education meagre while in secondary education was 800. Afterwards, their count in secondary education elevated continuously and touched its peak point that was around 1300 in the last year. In other type, their figure increased in 1970/71 and stayed constant in the last year at 200.
Overall, it is clear that both the genders were more in secondary education than tertiary education.
