MAIN STREET FLYOVER CONSTRUCTION
The flyover construction will affect the traffic and bus services to the schools and colleges in the city. The main road will be closed for three days from Friday to Sunday. The road may reopen on Monday morning at 9am.
The construction officer has demanded 48 hours to work continuously and 24 hours to make it ready for vehicles to move on.
Heavy trucks will not be allowed to move on the road for next 24 hours.
School buses and college buses will be allowed to move only during morning and afternoon hours. Other commuter buses will not be allowed to move on Monday.
The Transport and Department apologizes for any inconvenience.
