There have been some problems with the bus service, especially its reliability, in your area over the last two weeks.
Write a letter to the manager of the bus company. In your letter,
– describe what the problems are.
– explain how these problems are affecting you.
– suggest what you would like the company to do.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir,
I am a regular traveler of your public transportation. The main endeavor of writing this letter is to show my dissatisfaction against your poor bus service which I faced from the past couple of weeks. Please allow me to explain it briefly.
First of all, Driver of buses is not punctual. In other words, there is no fixed time for arrival or departure. Which is the main concerning issue for every passenger? Due to this, I reached late at work and sometimes I hired a private cab to visit my destination. Apart from this, safety is another issue which nude your attention. In my area, there are few numbers of buses run on roads so a result of it, It is overcrowded all the time. Sometimes people hang on the window or set on the roof of the buses. Thus safety and timing both are the serious problems which need to improve.
I request you please take some strict action to migrate these hazards. I suggest If possible could you please increase the number of public transportation and also assign a person who checks time reliability frequently.
