Recently you visited a cinema hall to watch a movie. You are feeling upset because the conditions of the cinema house were deplorable.
Write a letter to the manager of the cinema. In your letter
– Mention the day and the time you the cinema visited
– Describe the deplorable conditions there
– give your suggestions for improvement
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir,
The day before yesterday I visited your cinema hall at 6 P.M to watch the movie running in your theatre. But I m sorry to say, I was not happy with the conditions prevailing over there.
First of all, there was nobody to control the long, unruly queue in front of the ticket window. The rowdy young man pushed aside the people standing in the queue, and took delight in jumping the queue.
When the movie started, the few late comers were not escorted by the gateman with torches to help them locate their seats. That created a problem for both the late comers and the people already seated. Another thing while the movie was in progress, suddenly there was a commotion in front of row. A few ladies screamed because there was a big, fat rat jumping on their feet. The condition of the toilets too was miserable.
I hope you will pay attention to these problems, and rectify them.
