Dear [Store Manager’s Name],
I am writing to request a return and refund for a jacket I purchased at your store on August 15, 2024. The item is a navy blue, size medium, zip-up jacket with a fleece lining, and it was bought from your downtown location.
Unfortunately, upon wearing it for the first time, I discovered several issues. The zipper is faulty, frequently getting stuck and making it difficult to open or close. Additionally, the stitching along the left sleeve has started to unravel. Given these defects, the jacket is not wearable as intended.
I kindly request a full refund for this purchase. Please let me know the process for returning the item and obtaining a refund. I am willing to return the jacket to the store at your earliest convenience.
