You are a member of a sport club. Write a letter to the club president about an event that will be organized. In your letter,
You should tell:

– what my role is in this event?
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Mr. Pimpu,
I am a member of Cricket Club of India and writing this letter to inform you about to conduct a prize distribution event in the club. Which will be held on 15 December and on that occasion our club will give honour to the talented sportsmen for their dedication toward game.
As a chief member of that club, providing invitation to guests is mine responsibility so, I would invite chief minister of sports and club’s sponsors as prime guests. We will be gratitude to you if you visit on this event. Players who did best in previous matches are also invited along with their family members.
After the invitation of guests I will look after all the preparation of event like as refreshments and lunch. Moreover, on the day of event, firstly I will give welcome speech in front of the entire guest and then announce the name of the prize winners. After that, closing ceremony and thanksgiving lecture will also given by me.
