Dear Smith,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health. You will be glad to know that I am holding a conference in the following week, and rendering you an opportunity to give a presentation on how to incorporate sustainability into the regular functionality of the business.
Since you attend the annual conference on sustainability every year that is held in France, you can share a plethora of ideas about introducing it. Moreover, you have obtained a hands on training experience during an internship at a company renowned for its green practices, therefore, you would be able to shed light on this topic profoundly.
As many international delegates will be available at the conference, questionnaires for their feedback to know their viewpoints regarding the objective would provide us a wide array of disparate ideas. Furthermore, some handouts mentioning the bottom line of the presentation briefly would help them to comprehend the proposal swiftly.
