Your internet connectivity works very slowly. Write a letter to complain to Internet Service Provider.

SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Manager,
I write to complain about the slowest internet connectivity I have ever experienced. I subscribed for an ‘unlimited internet users’ plan with a four-megabyte-per-second (Mbps) upload speed one month back. My customer identification number is 123456566.
Last month, your company representative named Jeremy was doing door-to-door marketing. His sales pitch interested me, and he offered me a demonstration test of the internet speed. The speed of uploading and downloading files then was good enough to convince me to buy the service. After one week of subscription, the internet sped began to move at a snail’s pace especially in uploading files.
For uploading big files, I spend a seemingly interminable period watching the status bar on my computer inch forward. Upload speeds are so frustratingly slow that oftentimes, it is quicker for me to copy the files onto a USB stick and drive it over to clients. Such is life in our country, where upload connections are among the worst in developing world.
I have decided to switch over to other internet service provider if the speed issue is not addressed.
