Recently you were supposed to pay for your insurance premium. However, you missed the premium even though there was sufficient balance in your account. Write a letter to the bank complaining about the same:

Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to inform you the quality services provided by your team. I have an insurance policy in “All India Insurance Company”. It has been continued since last ten years. Every year the payment is made from my savings account. My savings account number is *****
I would like to bring to your notice about the situation which I faced last week when the premium was due. I have received a message stating ‘Payment Due Notification’. There was sufficient balance in my savings account but due to the mistake of the bank officer, it showed less balance and the payment was not done.
The company has charged me a penalty of $25 for the dishonor of the payment. I would like the bank to compromise me for the penalty and the bank should transfer my insurance premium payment as soon as possible. Please make sure that this kind of negligence should not happened again as I am an old customer of the bank and would like to maintain healthy relationship with the bank.
