I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the damage done to my bag while I travelled from Washington to California on 29th……… My PNR No. is 2342352.
As soon as I reached at California Airport, at the baggage counter, I found that my bag was broken due to negligence of the staff and few things were missing from my bag. I reported the incident at the Airports Authority of California on the same day only. My compliant number is F3455. The senior officer at the counter informed me that they would inquire into the matter and inform me as soon as possible.
It has been over one week to the incident but still there is no response from your side. Moreover, some very expensive items were missing from my bag. I would request you to look into this matter or kindly compensate for the cost of the missing things. The total cost of the things is $455 and the details of the things are as follows:
