You purchased a home appliance last week. After bringing it home, it worked for two days but stopped working thereafter. You contacted the owner of the shop but no action has been taken. Write a letter to the shop manager.
Mention in your letter:
– Details of the purchase
– What is the problem?
– What the manager should do?

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my discontent about the home appliance which I purchased on 12 January, 2020. The brand name of the appliance is Milton Mixer Grinder with bill number 560.
When I used the machine for the first time, it was working well. But later after few days, it stopped working and produced a loud noise. Immediately, I had called your shop technician to complain about this problem. He replied that the shop worker will take the appliance back for repairing in 2-3 days. But since then no one has come to collect the machine.
Therefore, I would request you to take any immediate action in this matter. As along with the purchase bill, there is a guarantee card which states that the appliance is under guarantee period of six months. Hence, kindly get it repaired as soon as possible or refund the full amount of the machine as mentioned in the guarantee bill.
