You ordered some clothes online. It has already been one week and you have not received it. Write a letter to the e-commerce company for the same.
Mention in your letter:
– Inform your purchase order details
– Describe the difficulty you face
– Say what the company should do

Dear Sir,
I ordered online a designer party dress from your website. The purchase order number is MU 67809. I made the payment through SBI – Visa card. The transaction ID number is attached with this mail.
It has been over one week since I booked the order. While booking it was written that the delivery will be done within three days of the order. That’s the reason I ordered the dress. As there was an important occasion in our family which was the Ring ceremony of my cousin brother, I wanted to wear that dress on that occasion. On the day of the delivery, I called at the customer service centre and explained the inconvenience caused to me. However, they also did not give any positive response. Since the order is late and the ceremony is also over, I would not need the dress anymore.
Now, I would request the company to cancel the order and refund the payment made for the dress as the conditions of the order was not fulfilled. Otherwise, I would have to approach the consumer court to get the payment back.
I hope to get a positive reply as soon s possible.
