Dear Event Organizer,
I hope you are doing well. I have learnt that your company has announced to support artists by way of auctioning their art pieces. This decision is remarkable to the fact that artists would be able to display their work and be endorsed by a world class automotive company such as yours.
I have been drawing on canvas over the years and have participated in several solo and group exhibitions both in India and overseas. I have enclosed my resume and a compact disc containing assorted work for your perusal. The moment I knew about this announcement, I decided to participate in this event. May I request you to email me terms and conditions of this event for participating? I am keen on knowing certain points such as base price of work, participant numbers, tax liability and any application or participation fee that an artist needs to pay.
I would appreciate if you could respond to my queries at the earliest. I thank you in advance. It would be a great pleasure to be associated with Aston Martin in any form.
