Dear Toronto Police Chief,
I am writing this letter with a view to reporting and lodging a complaint against my neighbor, Salman Khan.
I am Ratan, and I live at 58 Venetian Villas, Queen’s Street, Vaughan, ON CSE 2L9. I was standing at the parking garage around 9 o’clock yesterday evening. It is when Salman accosted me. He was super sloshed and babbling. I quickly sensed that he was in a state of stupor so I decided to avoid him and started to walk away from his erratic behavior. But he chased and pushed me. He called me names profusely. He confronted me for no reason.
After his misbehavior, I called 911 and officers on duty took cognizance of the snide remarks. The police officers advised me to calm down and decide upon my action plan on the following day. I am firm on my decision because he has no remorse, and undoubtedly, such miscreants must be penalized.
