You are organizing a trip to the Black Mountains in West Wales for a group of students from Canterbury in Kent, UK. Write to the manager of Student Hostel Service.
Explain when you want to visit the Black Mountains, how long you will stay, how many students are in your party, and what accommodations you will require.

Dear Sir,
I am writing here in concern with a trip to the black mountains in west whales which we are organizing in the days coming ahead.
We are planning to visit the mountains next month because we will be free after completing our first semester exams. Our trip will be of one week and we want to enjoy the beauty of hills so, we want accommodation facilities. The total number of students will be twenty-five. Among them, there will be thirteen boys and twelve girls including two female and one male teacher who accompany us. Could it be possible that you would arrange different apartments for male and female visitors? I also want to know what type of meals you will provide to the students.
I wonder if it is possible for you to give us information about the particular sites and important places which we could see throughout our visit. It would be great if you could tell us about the weather and the necessary belongings which we could bring with us.
