You met with an accident that damaged your car. You left the car at garage for repair but you are not happy with the car repair. Write a letter to garage owner for the same.

SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Stuart,
I had my car towed away after a head-on collision at Edgar Road on 25 August 2015. Today, I had an opportunity to get behind the wheel after a one-month long wait. While I was driving to workplace, I had to pull it over due to a mechanical fault. The claim reference number is NJI569852.
Midway through, a red ignition warning light illuminated and there was a rapid rise in the engine temperature. Therefore, I pulled over the car. Again, I had it towed away to your garage for further inspection and repair. It is a startling fact that the car had been with you for a month long time, and that means the car must have been tested and inspected wholly in the first place. How come this mechanical fault went undetected? Furthermore, the technician informed me that he would need another week to check and fix the car. This is utterly absurd.
One thing is sure that I would not return to your place for any repair job in future unless you get your act together.
Please get my car fixed and delivered at the earliest.
