Dear Complaint Resolver,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to dishonesty and cheating committed by your dealer ‘Parkview BMW’ located in London, Ontario. My invoice number is BMLON598623.
On 15 July 2015, I purchased BMW 5 series from the above-mentioned dealer. I was elated the moment I laid my hands on the new car. I was oblivious to the fact that my happiness would be short-lived. I ran into a disaster. While collecting my car from the first complimentary service, I was stunned
The service invoice read the odometer count at 6,825 whereas distance that travelled was only 1,258 miles in. 45 days. I smelled a rat and quickly investigated this matter closely. My findings corroborate the facts that the odometer of a used car was tampered, and I was sold the same, constituting an affirmative misrepresentation. Considering a total betrayal of trust and fraud, I demand a full refund of payments plus other expenses related to inconveniences.
I also suspect that this is not an isolated act of fraud. This auto fraud will be made public. This can lead to a class action lawsuit if other plaintiffs come forward. (190 words)
