Dear Mr. Walter,
I trust you must be doing well. I am glad to inform you that our company has decided to transfer me to Waterloo branch for Canadian Pension Fund Assignment.
This assignment has tenure of two years, and therefore I decided to move with my wife and young daughter. I believe that two bedrooms, a kitchen and a hall will suffice our accommodation need for sure. As I have no idea about how things work in Canada, I would appreciate if you could arrange our accommodation closer to workplace and school for my daughter. This will save our precious time in commuting and other related costs.
I have a request for you. Would you mind sharing choices of accommodation offered by our company? One of my colleagues who worked in Waterloo some time back mentioned that I could choose a house property possibly from the list of vacant ones.
