You live in an apartment building but are having trouble with the behavior of your neighbors. Write a letter to inform the building manager of the situation.
In your letter,
• explain who you are
• describe the situation concerning your neighbors’ behavior
• suggest how the situation could be dealt with
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir Smith,
I am writing to you for explaining the situation which is annoying me every weekend at night.
My name is Sam Perez I have been living in your building for the last three years on the second floor next to the lifts on the right. I work weekly so, my only time to loose is on weekends but currently it is so impossible due to bustling noises which start at 6 in the morning.
Since, I am the leader of residents’ community for me it is a need to handle this situation as the rules for living there allow to play music in specific hours and not so loud. I already had talked to them but they are not conscious about the bad consequences of their behavior.
I recommend ask him for an appointment to resolve this situation as soon as possible in order to keep the strength relationship laces in the complex building.
