You live near a public school. The school has asked local residents to help with the maintenance of school buildings and play area. Write a letter to the principal. In your letter,

Dear Sir,
With due respect, I am Harry, my house is adjacent to the northwest wall of your Saint Thomes school. Through this letter, I would like to show my willingness towards the notice from your school about assistance in the maintenance of school building and play ground from the residents.
At the onset, I am interested into providing my help in this particular task because I feel proud if I impart my prowess in grass cutting to the school. As I am a member of local environment protection union, I can guide students about how to maintain a clean atmosphere in the school premises. Not only can I help to collect some funds for the school by using my union contacts, but also I love to cut the excess grass from school ground and near to building number 3 to 5. In addition, I have special grass cutter which can save a lot of time.
Lastly, because I work as a manager in Woodera company, I can only be available on weekends or before for one hour in the mornings from 6 am to 7 am. If you allow me to utilize this time to maintain the beauty of the best school of our town, it will be appriciated a lot.
