SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a student in your college, pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration. I have already completed the first year session and topped in my class and in the whole college. I have always received an appreciation for my hard work and concept clarity in class.
I am writing this letter to sadly inform you that, due to unavoidable circumstances I will not be able to continue my degree at your college. As my father serves in the army, he got transferred to another state which is far from this institute. Being a single child, I have never got permission to live alone in the hostel or in PGs.
As I have already completed one year of learning and achieved such a good reputation, I am considering continuing this course in another institute which is nearer to my new house. So I wanted to request you to provide me with the school leaving certificate and a character certificate to get an opportunity at that institute.
I was very glad to have such an amazing teaching staff. Hope you will understand my position and grant me the requested certificates.
