You live in a block of flats; your neighbour makes a lot of noise which has caused problems for you. Write a letter to your landlord.
In your letter, you should:
• explain the situation
• tell him/her how you are effected by this
• Suggest what you want the landlord to do.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Mr. John,
My name is Shikha and I have been living with my family as a tenant in your flat 202/7 in Acme heights 2, Mohali for the last 2 months. I hope my letter finds you well and in good health. Actually, I am having inconveniences while living here.
Lately, new neighbours shifted next to this house and they are bachelor boys. Daily they are doing late-night parties with loud music. I have a small daughter who gets disturbed by this loud music. Moreover, we have grandparents living with us who also need to relax. So, in short, we all are facing a lot of issues due to this.
I would request you to kindly talk to the society members and discuss our problem with them. I think you should ask those neighbours either to leave the place or to keep the volume light during the night.
