You recently received an invitation to a dinner party at your friend’s house. Write a letter to accept the invitation. In your letter:
– explain why you are accepting the invitation
– describe why you are looking forward to the dinner party
– offer to bring a dish to share

Dear Devin,
How are you? I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to share my excitement for the new year’s dinner party hosted at your house as I can’t wait to meet all of my old friends including you.
Although the event still has a few weeks to go, I’m already super excited to spend quality time with my best buddies and welcome the new year. Since I’ve been working continuously for the last 2 months, this event will recharge me as well.
Tell me what should I bring for this night? As you know that I am very good at cooking Chinese cuisine and I’d be happy to share it with all of my friends. I’d not recommend you cook for all of us but rather let people bring what they like and share.
I’ve to plan a dress as well for this event, are we having any dress code? I can’t wait for this night to come.
