You recently bought a piece of sports equipment from an online store. When you first used the piece pf equipment, you found a problem with it. Write a letter to the manager of the online store.
In your letter :
– describe the problem with the piece of sports equipment.
– say what happened because of the problem.
– explain what you would like the company to do.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Keisha Thomas and am writing this letter to express my disappointment with my purchase of “Welcare Elliptical Cross Trainer WX100” from your online store.
Last week I bought the cardio equipment from your store and everything was delivered perfectly on time. However, after the installations have been done, I could not move the handlebars of the machine smoothly. It was functioning properly when the technician was demonstrating it.
Since the handles are way too rigid the overall machine’s performance is also impacted. I have also observed the pedals were chipped off at the corners and are making an even disturbing noise even at the slightest movement. Unfortunately, the above issues created an injury to my ankle.
I reached out to your support team who are suspecting it to be a faulty piece and also asked me to drop a mail for the same. If it really is a defective product, then I would either like to get a full refund or a replacement for the same would do. I would request you to look into this issue as soon as possible.
