Write a letter to the sports club president about conduct of an event. You are a member of that club.
– What is the event?

SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to request you to hold a cricket tournament at your club.
I am currently a proactive member of the club and a student at “ABC university”. However, my university wanted to conduct a cricket championship at your place. There are ten teams, one for each department, participating in this event.
Nonetheless, the vice president of the university would be our special guest. Besides him, there are a large number of people who are being invited to this tournament and they include chairmen of all departments, faculty members, sponsors of the event and the students to cheer up their colleagues.
I am not going to be a part of any team. Whereas, I will be catering my duties as an organizer and coordinator and will look after all the legal issues and matters related to the championship.
The champion league is conducted from the 1st of the next month and it will continue till the 10th of the month. Hence, you are requested to arrange it for this duration of time.
