Dear Manager
Writing this epistle to report faulty laptop computer that I purchased from your company last week .
My name is Johna frequent customer of yours. From last ten years availing your services.
Last Monday, on 12th September, I visited your store to buy a laptop, I bought the latest model of Lenovo laptop. I had been using it for my office work. Its battery life is too short , Despite the fact of being new one battery power is getting drained in 30 to 40 minutes which should retain long-lasting at least 2 hours, In addition to this, the touchpad is also not appropriately working which irritates me as I am not able to perform well in my job.
Even, I called your customer service department to appraise the issue and they assured me to repair my equipment or to replace it within 2 days , however, the issue is still not getting resolved so I am disappointed with your services . Hoping this problem will be resolved quickly . I expect to receive a replacement or getting my current Laptop repaired within 1 day .
Hope you will take quick and prompt action and will fix this problem immediately.
