You recently moved house and you used a removal Company to help you move your belongings. However, some of your things were damaged in the move. Write a letter to the manager of the removal company. In your letter,
• Give details of the move
• Describe the damage
• Say what you would like the manager to do.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention the damage that occurred due to your movement staff last weekend, I would like to make a suggestion as well so such things do not happen again.
I am Ankur and I asked for your service last week because I was shifting my house from 2424 South Street to 2252 South street. I packed all my stuff in boxes before your team arrived. I did not have a lot of stuff and one of my friends gave me your reference and he said your service is very good.
On this occasion, however, I was not happy with your staff at all, due, I believe, negligence of your movement staff. They were doing everything in hurry, they broke my 65-inch LED which was not only very expensive but also had sentimental value because it was a gift from my parents.
Though I understand you are a growing company and you need more clients but I feel that this fall could have been avoided if they had a manager on them who can manage them all. I would therefore like to suggest that you review your teams and make sure every team has a manager who can redirect them.
I will look forward to a positive reply from your side.
