Dear Sam,
I hope you are doing well. Thanks for agreeing to look after my house next month.
As I told you last week, my plans for the summer vacations next month are finalised. You know how excited I am to go to Bali! It was impossible without you agreeing to look after my house and my lovely puppies when I will be on vacation. Big thanks in advance.
I just want to let you know that my house has just been renovated. Since you haven’t been to my place for a couple of months, you should use the stairs next to the garage instead of using the main entrance door. The ground floor is not accessible for maintenance reasons.
I need to mention a couple of tasks you need to look after during my absence. Firstly, my dogs stay on the top floor, and I will be very grateful if you can feed them every day. Secondly, ensure to pump the water in the tank every morning as construction workers would need it early morning.
