You are going to take a short holiday in Singapore and you want to rent a holiday apartment while your are there. Write a letter to the tourist information office.
In your letter:
– Explain what you need
– Say when you plan to be there
– ask for information about prices

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to seek some information on one of your Prima Holiday Apartments in Singapore and to reserve it for 5 days in the month of October.
My family and I are planning a short trip to Singapore next month, and we have heard a lot about the Prima Apartments. As such, I would like to book it for a family of four. It would be great if you could provide 24×7 service. Moreover, I would request an arrangement of barbeque equipments so that we can celebrate in the evenings.
As my winter holiday starts from the 13th of October, we are planning to come to Singapore on the 15th and would stay there for 5 days and 4 nights. I hope I am not too late for the bookings.
I would like to know the suite as well as the deluxe room charges. It would be great if you could offer some discount as some of my friends recommended these luxury apartments to me. I would also want to know if the breakfast would be included in the price charged or not. Please mention what other facilities are available at the place.
I will book the apartment once I get a response. Expecting prompt reply.
