You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. – describe what you enjoyed about the course – say how much cooking you’ve done since the course – suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to reply to your letter which you asked me to give my feedback about the cookery course.
My name is John Peterson. I am one of your old student. I have acquired numerous things and skills from your college. This course thought several dishes such as Indian cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and so on. In addition, I have improved my communication skills. Staffs are so friendly and have kind in nature. I enjoyed a lot when I was studying.
I have cooked enormous items since my course, initially, I started to cook at Indian cuisine and later I started to cook Chinese, Italian and Arabic cuisines. Overall, I have cooked several dishes since my course.
I am also planning to do another cooking-related course. So, I would appreciate if you could suggest me some courses. Moreover, I would know that prospects of course such as course fees details and accommodation options.
