A builder has recently completed some renovation at your house, but you are not satisfied with his work. Write a letter to him. In your letter:
– Tell him what work has not been completed properly
– Tell him what you want him to do
– Suggest some time when you will be available at home
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Mr Robert,
I am writing to complain about my unsatisfactory with the reconstruction of the kitchen which has not been done completely.
As per your information, you finished the kitchen modification last week, but I was surprised after seeing the location on my yesterday’s visit. The cabinets should be in your scope as per the contract, but it is not been installed yet.
So, I would like to request you review the contract once again and install the kitchen cabinets. However, if you need more financial help, let me know. because still 10% last payment is balanced to pay.
Finally, This time, I want you to install cabinets under my supervision. Next week on the 25th of march, I will be off duty for six days. so, please arrange the materials in advance to start the work on that day.
I hope you will take my letter as a priority and confirm the installation date.
