Dear Ms. McCourt,
I hope you must be well. I am writing to seek your assistance to grant me permission to enter classroom 2.31, Alex McKinnon Hall.
We had a class for Accounting Course yesterday. At the end of the session, I happened to leave the book titled ‘Accounting for Decision Makers’. When I reached home, I realized losing it in the classroom. Ergo, I went to collect it this morning. To my surprise, classroom 2.31 was under renovation from today. When I entered the classroom, a gentleman, who was the supervisor to this renovation assignment, informed me that I could enter the classroom only with a written permission issued by the course coordinator. In two weeks, I have to submit my assignment to Alan and it would be difficult for me to prepare for the assignment without this book.
May I request you to write a note allowing me to enter the classroom and collect the book? Once this note is ready, please call me on my cellphone which is (555) 569 4586. I will come and collect it personally.
