PART – 1 INTRO

What is your name?

My name is Idqa Saqi.

How may I address you?

You may address me as Idqa.

Sure, here it is.

Is it important to be patient? Why?

Yes, it is very important to be patient because anything done impatiently never gets us the right outcome. Also, everything takes time, so it is important to understand that and be patient.

Is it easy to be patient? Why?

No, it is not easy to be patient. It is human nature to expect everything to be done in no time with the best results. We’re inherently impatient. However, we need to control that and try to come to terms with the fact that every task takes time.

How can people be patient?

People can develop patience by doing something constructive while waiting for something or someone. If we just keep waiting, we will become restless and angry. Also, meditation and breathing exercises have been known to help making people more patient.

When do people need to be patient?

People need to be patient when they are waiting for someone or something. It could be waiting for a friend for a movie, it could be waiting for the results to be out, it could be waiting for a particular product being launched or waiting for the desired outcome of a project or an objective. People also need be patient sometimes with other people’s attitude and behavior.

What do you do when waiting for bus or something else?

I try to keep myself occupied when waiting for something. For example, I walk for a little while to get some exercise when I am waiting for a bus and if there is a place to sit, I sometimes read a book.

Describe a new/exciting activity that you want to try for the first time

SAMPLE ANSWER

There are many exciting activities, which I would like to try for the first time. I would like to do bungee jumping, paragliding, under-water walk and white water rafting, but I know these activities can only be done in special places.

Here I would like to talk about one activity, which I would like to do, and fortunately it can be done in my hometown and that is to attend Zumba Fitness classes. My cousin attends Zumba classes in the UK, and she has become very fit. She used to be very fat, but now she has the body of a model. A gym in my neighbourhood, by the name of Fire Dance and Fitness studio has started Zumba classes. They have hired a certified Zumba instructor, who is giving training there.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The name “Zumba” has no particular meaning, it was chosen arbitrarily as a brand name. I would like to join those classes and become fit. Each class is typically one hour long and one can burn 500-1000 calories in one class depending on the energy one puts into it.

First I would enroll in Zumba Gold classes, which are for the beginners and the elderly. Then I would do the Zumba Step, which is for the lower body. I am very excited that such a facility has come my hometown. I am looking forward to joining these classes. I find the routine gym exercises very boring. The best thing is that these exercises are not risky. So, this is the exciting and new activity I would like to try for the first time.

Do you like to do risky things?

Yes, I like to do risky things. I like fun and adventure, but I do not take too much risk, which can cause danger to life.

Why is good to be adventurous?
It is good to be adventurous because adventure adds a spark to life. But being too adventurous and risking one’s life is also not good.

Does it benefit people when they try new things?

When people try new things, it may or may not turn into their favor, but it always teaches them something.

Why do some people eat the same things all the time?

Some people eat the same things all the time, because they do not like to try new things. They don’t want to take any risk. They feel that the new thing that they eat may not be good for their health.
