PART – 1 INTRO

What is your full name?

My name is Sameer Perry.

Where are you from?

I live in Bombay.

Do you work or study?

I have recently completed a master in InTechnology from information technology from Pune University.

In your country do people wear hats and caps?

Yes, I’ve seen many people wearing hats or caps, especially in my community when I go to church on Sunday morning, I see elderly people wearing hats and the youth wearing stylish caps.

Do you wear caps and hats?

SometimesI wearthe cap fortwo reasons. One is when I see the temperature outside is very heated so I try to heat by wearing a cap. Second is sometimes I love wearing different kinds of caps just to look stylish.

Did you wear hats as a child?

Yes, I did. My grandfather was very much fond of wearing stylish and traditional hats. He would take me to church every Sunday morning, and I started following the same culture. He bought me a few hats when I was in school. I’ve treasured them yet and oftentimes I try them as per occasion.

Introduction:

I have had many successes throughout my life, and one stands out above the rest. This achievement was the result of a lot of hard work and determination, and it was something that I am immensely proud of.

What you did?

My achievement was the result of a long and involved process. I had to work hard and push myself beyond my limits to make it happen. I had to give up a lot of my free time to focus on the task at hand, and I had to stay organized and motivated to stay on top of my goals. I also had to take risks and make difficult decisions that I wasn’t always sure of. It was a lot of work but worth it in the end.

When did you do it?

My success happened two years ago, in the summer of 2018. It was a time when I was in the middle of a major transition in my life, and I needed something to focus on to keep myself on track. This achievement was the perfect project to take on, and I was determined to make it happen.

How did you feel about it?

When I finally achieved the success I had been striving for, I felt immense and overwhelming joy and accomplishment. I felt proud of myself for putting in the hard work and dedication required to make it happen, and I also felt a sense of relief that my hard work had paid off.

Why did that achievement make you proud?

I am so proud of this particular achievement because it was something I thought I would never be able to do. It required a lot of dedication and hard work, and I had to push myself to the limits to make it happen. My achievement was the result of a lot of hard work and dedication, and it was something that I am immensely proud of. 1. How to measure a person’s success?

It is very difficult to measure success. Success is a very subjective term. Different people give different meaning to success. For some earning a lot of money means success. For others, leading a life in which they can help others, means success. For a student, passing the exams with flying colours, means success. So measuring success is not easy.

2. Do you think the way people gain success has changed?

Yes, definitely, the way people gain success has changed. Earlier, people did a lot of hard work and success was limited to a small area. Only politicians and film stars and sportsmen who were in the news or national TV were successful over a wider area. But, nowadays, because of the reality shows, any person with some talent can become successful overnight. People can get worldwide success through the Internet, through YouTube and other such networks. Today, people know of Indian successful businessmen, all over the world, because the world has shrunk.IELTS Speaking Interview

3. How do you define success?

It is very difficult to define success. Success is a very subjective term. Different people give different meaning to success. For some earning a lot of money means success. We can reward successful people by acknowledging their work. Some awards can be given. Some monetary benefits can be given. Sometimes giving promotions is a good way to reward successful people.

5. What’s the most difficult thing you have ever done?

I am very stage shy. I remember, in the annual science fair of my school, I had to speak on a model, which I had prepared. The model was on different types of pollution. I found it very difficult, but somehow I managed it. That was the most difficult thing I did.

6. What qualities does a person need to have, to be successful?

The person should be hard working. He should have good communication skills. He should have the courage to take calculated risks. He should have a helping and caring nature.
