What is your full name?

My name is Speaki Ju.

How may I address you?

You may address me as Speaki.

May I see your ID?

Sure, here it is.

Do you work or study?

I work as an accountant with Kataria motors.

Why did you choose this kind of work?

I always loved numbers and playing with them. When I was a kid, I was very good at arithmetic, and then accountancy. Numbers come to me very naturally; in fact, I loved to do some hard sums in schools, and also helped many of my classmates.

Where do you see yourself in the next 10 years?

At the moment, I look after entire accounting section at Kataria motors, Ahmadabad. Our company has expanded by leaps and bounds in the state of Gujarat. I foresee myself working as a chief accountant for the entire state in coming years. If the company expands pan India, I will surely then aim at becoming the head of accounting department at a national level.

Would you like to become a celebrity if you had a chance?

There is no harm dreaming. I guess who doesn’t like to become a celebrity. Yes, I will wait for such a moment in my life.

Why is that?

People know every celebrity, and their all habits. They’re all over in the news all the time. One feels confident and respected being remembered at the national or international level for some good reasons. It’s prefect platform of becoming popular overnight. This is the chief reason that I would like to become a celebrity. However, it’s a wild goose chase for me at the moment.

Model Answer:

Introduction:

Well, I have learnt from many teachers and with most, I had good experiences But with one teacher I had a really negative experience which I am going to share now.

Who is he/she?

The name of this teacher is Mrs Sharma and I must say I didn’t like anything about this teacher. I vividly remember when I was in 8th grade I was not very good at mathematics.

When was it?

My father decided to get me extra classes for mathematics and made me join extra classes with Mrs Sharma. She used to teach at her home in the evening. And I started to take classes in the evening with her. But I must say I never enjoyed learning with Mrs Sharma. She had truly rude behaviour. She could never ever talk politely to the students and never clear their doubts.

Students used to be so much frightened of her and never asked any questions. In fact, she used to punish us a lot. At the same time, I never liked her teaching method as well.

She only helped us in already solved examples in the book and when it comes to difficult questions she used to make excuses. I also didn’t like the learning atmosphere at her place. She was having 2 little kids who were extremely noisy and naughty.

I always had a hard time concentrating on my work. This is not all, she often gets involved in household chores while teaching us. For example, she often gets into the kitchen to cook food for the family and this thing used to irritate the students a lot.

I tried to complain about her to my parents but they were thinking, I am trying to make excuses and it was revealed when my result got declared. Earlier at least I was passing the subject but after attending extra classes with Mrs Sharma I failed

Conclusion:

Overall, I can say that she is the one with whom I had a bad experience.

PART – 3 FOLLOW UPS

1.When should parents encourage their children?

Answer- Whenever a child feels lonely or has scored low grades in exams, I think parents should encourage their child and make them know their abilities so that they can do better in life. It will help children overcome whatever happened to them and live life happily.

2.Have you observed that a few humans are higher at inducing others?

Answer- Yes, definitely. I think the skill of encouraging people is not there for every person. It’s a great skill in itself that one person who is going through a problem or stress and is usually underperforming in life is encouraged by another person. Most people have this trait by birth, while some acquire it through experiencing life problems.

3.What sort of encouragement should mother and father give?

Answer- Whenever a child is encouraged by parents, they should feel free to receive advice from parents. Meanwhile, parents must give examples of their life, how they used to solve any problem in their early stage of life as the child mostly follows the footsteps of their parents only to live in the world.

4.How should leaders inspire their employees?

Answer- There are many ways leaders and managers use to encourage their employees, like incentives, appreciation, etc. I believe everyone is wired differently. So what works for some people may not work for others.

5.Who encourages the most friends or their own circle of relatives in our terrible times?

Answer- Well, I think both family members and friends encourage us in our bad times. It mainly depends on the circle of a person. If a person is having a good circle of friends then he will definitely get encouragement from friends and if the circle is not good then the person won’t get encouraged. Talking about parents and family, they support their child in every situation he is facing in his life and take him out of the situation.
