You saw an advertisement for a tennis course in England but you have one or two problems and can’t stay the whole course.
Write a letter to the course director. In your letter,
– explain your interest in the course
– describe your problems
– find out if a refund is possible

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am witting this letter in response to your advertisement posted in Times Now on 28th May, …. for a Tennis course in England for the duration of 3 Months. I am really excited about this course but I have some queries before joining the Tennis course.
Currently, I have a vacation at my school for Two months but then after I need to join my school so I will not able to attend the course for last month. Moreover, I don’t any equipment for Tennis so I have to purchase from outside or you can rent me for the duration of the course.
Also, let me know, will I get the refund for unattended classes, I would be happy if it is possible.
