Tensions are an inseparable part of human life. It would be wrong to say that tensions can be eliminated from life. Can you suggest some days to reduce these tensions?
SAMPLE ANSWER
It is no doubt true that tensions from an integral part of life. From cradle to grave, from birth to death, man keeps suffering from one tension or the other. So long as there is life, there are tensions. But though we cannot decimate tensions from our life, we certainly can reduce them.
Tensions are an integral part of human life. It is commonly said that modern life is full of tensions. But in the past also men suffered from stress, thought the reasons were different. In those days there was no security of life because of the autocratic rulers, and the fear of foreign aggressors plundering the cities and putting many people to sword. Modern man does enjoy rule of law and security of life. But he too has to suffer stress, though of different kind. Machines have made life very fast, and man cannot keep pace with this life. Moreover, man no lives under the constant stress to make more and more money.
However, stress can be reduced n various ways. The best way is to share our problems with others. Talking about our sorrow lightens the burden of our heart. Another method is to keep oneself busy in some healthy activities, like social welfare services. Exercise also dispels tensions and makes us feel relaxed. Laughter is another effective medicine to curb stress. In western countries, people attend Laughter clubs, where they enjoy loud guffaws of laughter. Above all, we should have faith in God. That would drive away all our Tensions.
To conclude, we may not be able to rid ourselves of tensions completely. But there are various ways, through which we can mitigate the impact of these tensions.
