Some people spend their entire lives in one place. Others move a number of times throughout their lives looking for a better job, house, community or even climate. Which do you prefer, staying in one place or moving in search of another?
SAMPLE ANSWER
Diversity is the beauty of life and change, which is inevitable, brings freshness and joy to many. Although some people prefer to stay at one place throughout their lives, others like to move around. I belong to the second category because I would like to experience the diversity in geography, climate vegetation and culture.
All the outset, variety is the spice of life. When it is winter in one part of the world, it is hot summer in another part. People who enjoy diversity may certainly benefit by travelling so that they can enjoy different climate condition, flora and fauna and culture variety. Some of these are unique to specific geographical conditions. Analysing the origin of cultures, we realize how geography, climate and vegetation have played a crucial role in giving them their distinct nature. Thus, by moving around, it is possible to get accustomed (=used to) to different styles of life.
In the modern world, mobile work force is likely to achieve greater success. The willingness to move from one part of the world to another helps a person to get jobs in accordance with the changes in the job market. For instance, companies now shift manufacturing jobs and office jobs to places where Labour is cheap. In addition to that, being ready to go around can make a person free from prejudices. Furthermore, one can be free from the monotony of a stagnant (=unchanged) life.
To sum up, as life is short, it is wise to enjoy the diversity of the world in its entirety. Moreover, when alive, live joyously is my philosophy of life. I, therefore, would like to enjoy the wonderful gifts of nature and human culture, by being at a wide variety of places as much as I can.
