How pronunciation is marked in IELTS?

Pronunciation is the integral part of the para metres which article into the consideration to assess your speaking. Band scores with the pronunciation

5 Band scores – features of miscommunications and not making clear and able to the listener about your expressions as well as the word stress.

Candidate tries to open control the pronunciation but fails in doing with that. The candidate might choose the features of the person who scores the six band scores.

6 band scores – features of conveying the message and having good communication and attempt to make your pronunciation more clear by using different pronunciation features but unable to avoid the control similar at each word. Including this, there could also be some of the words or expression used which are not enunciated. 

How pronunciation is marked

Band 7 = shows all features of band 6 and only some of the positive features of band 8.

Band 8 = uses a wide range of pronunciation features throughout most of the test. Is easy to understand and the mother tongue does not affect clarity.

Band 9 = The candidate uses a full range of features with precision and subtlety. The candidate is effortless to understand.
