Our company policy is to remain in touch with the car owner to learn about his experience and special needs he has to better our services. It has been three months to your car, and it is important for us to know your experience. Therefore, may I request you to offers us your valuable suggestions and feedback to serve you better? For your convenience, I have attached the feedback form along with the self-addressed stamped envelope.
