‌IMAGINING THE TOPIC:  While presenting your cue card, during preparation always try to imagine your idea really happening. By this you can easily be comfortable and sure about what all you have to talk about. While talking imagine that the situation is actually taking place and try to explain it as u see. It would help you avoid confusion or hastle.

‌ALWAYS TRY TO GIVE REALISTIC ANSWERS: The other thing is that you should always try to be honest and realistic with your ideas. Whenever you get a cue card, first try to find out and discuss something similar that actually happened with you. If you’re honest and true and your answer is not a made up one, confusions would not find their way in your response.

‌TRY TO PRESENT IT LIKE A STORY: Also, when you are presenting your cue task , try to explain it like a story with a proper flow of events, so that it is easy for both you and the examiner to understand and comprehend it along with easily going on with content.

‌TALK ABOUT THE AFTER EFFECTS OR BEFORE CONDITIONS: If you feel that you’re always short of content, begin your cue card with talking about the conditions that led to the incident first. For instance, if you’re talking about a time you were stuck in a traffic jam, first talk about why we’re you travelling or what was the purpose for which you were driving and then start the main topic. Similarly, you can end with after effects as well. Like if you’re done talking about the traffic jam, you can talk about what consequences you faced after that Or what changes did it bring in your life.
