A person should be able to write in this given time period otherwise his or her exam will be left. The test of listening, reading and writing sections are completed on the same day but the speaking sections will be conducted a week after or before after the tests of three other sections.

It is generally considered that practice makes a Man Perfect –

To improve the listening skills, it is quite important for the candidate to be patient. A clear understanding of the words being spoken by the speaker is very necessary. Simply practice writing by creating essays on various topics so that you develop fluency on writing without having to stop frequently since every moment is precious. Speaking can be enhanced by practicing in front of the mirror. Candidates cannot enhance their fluency in just one day. They should prefer constant practice in order to be fluent in the speaking. A comprehensive skill development practice on your own would always be good enough to get the required scores in IELTS.

Don’t write too much – At the time of preparation for the writing test, it is to be kept in mind that too much writing is to be avoided.  To crack the IELTS exam time management is crucial part and each of the aspirants should always remember that completing on time is very important factor. To explain it more, writing an essay of 300 words is better that a 400 words’ essay with similar lines, repetitive ideas and wrongly constructed sentences.

Proper Guidance – Perfect guidance is one of the most vital parts of cracking the IELTS examination. It is fact that clearing IELTS examination is not a very simple and easy. While conducting the speaking the examiner wants you to speak and write when checking your writing skills. If there will be a silence and blank answer sheets given by you the they will not be able to evaluate that if you are eligible to clear the test or not.

So, leaving/ skipping any question is not helpful for the examiner or you. The same kind of rule applies to the listening and reading tests. If any question is left by you then it will be marked as incorrect. Moreover, you will not be able to get your desired band score. Hence write whatever you listen or you feel is correct.

Don’t be under stress – It is natural to feel under pressure when taking the IELTS test. However, it is important to remember that under so much pressure or tension nobody is able to perform well. Experts’ advice to keep your nerves under control to unleash your true potential. You can perform some yoga such as breathing exercises before the test starts. Also, the most helpful part is to eat healthy and to have a good sleep before the test start. It will make you more energetic as well as it will be a stress buster for you. Nonetheless, the key to a stress-free exam experience lies with the right planning and preparations for the test ahead of time.
