However, there is only a single difference that differentiate, in speaking, try to use only informal words plus idiomatic language, while it is mandatory to use formal words in writing, and the most important thing, usage of idioms, proverbs should be avoided completely, as it can affect our marking nefariously.

How to improve my vocabulary??

One of the easiest ways to improve it is to read books from fiction, journalism, poetry and articles or English newspapers as much as you can, but it should be written by eminent personalities. Means to say, content should be appropriate, from which we will be able to pick the words for usage as per need. Another benefit of following this strategy is that we can observe the way of implementing the word as per demand, because sometimes, we search the words on Google and replace as it ease, but if we use the wrong word then without any qualms, it makes our information unclear, by which examiner will penalize us in the form of low scoring.

IELTS READING can also ameliorate your vocabulary range.

When we do reading then we have to read approximately 2500-2700 words, at that time a plethora of new words are observed by the reader, which we either search on. Google or take the help of a trainer or just make the assumption to know the meaning of that word. So for Reading module vocabulary is very important. It will be more fruitful if you make your notes for the vocal words separately, because that can be read at any time conveniently to remember. It will aid in your reading, since words can be repeated in passages.

Practicing of using the learnt words is must

Only learning a lot of words is inappropriate if we are unable to use them. So, it is mandatory to use these words in your daily life. For example, whenever you find any new and interesting word whether in reading or in the dictionary then try to make a point to use it in your conversation. However, while doing this, errors can occur, yet with enough practice, you will be able to choose the right word for a particular context.

Online platforms can help enormously

Ergo, you can use these devices in a righteous manner by following various websites on social media applications, which upload the synonyms of common words on a daily basis with appropriate usage plus pictorial views.
