To get caught in the rain: to be outside when it rains unexpectedly.
Sentence– “I wish Becker would get caught in the rain,” he says, ” and his brown hair dye would stream down his face .”
To get drenched: to get very wet.

To run your own business: to have your own business.
Sentence- Do you want to be your own man and run your own business?
To be self-employed: to have your own business
Sentence- The paper also considers the possibility that the self-employed should prepare tax accounts for the tax year.
Sick leave: time allowed off work when sick.
Sentence– Generally a trend of sick leave or requests for transfers by other women who have worked for this person will emerge.
To be stuck behind a desk: to be unhappy in an office job
Sentence– My friend Harry feels stuck behind a desk because his boss is stubbed.
