The map below shows a civic centre between the present and its plan. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant

The given diagram shows the existing and predicted plan for the North Avenue centre, which is located in between High street and Smith Street.
Overall, the plan reveals some additional modern amenities included anticipating the demands and preserving the monuments of the present age.
The cinema, town hall and shopping centre is allotted the same space and location except that the future town hall will have an underground car park. The exhibition centre, which acquired large space and was located adjacent to High street, will be moved behind the shopping centre with relatively less space next to Smith Street, where previously library was located.
The library will be shifted, underground at the centre between the council offices and Town Hall, with an extended area to accommodate future requirements. The council offices will be moved next to High Street. The Car parking lots which were located on either side of the cinema hall will be converted into cafes on one side and a Restaurant Hotel on the other side of the movie complex.
